Executive Assessment

Senior, one-to-one assessments need to be handled with care. The executive must feel challenged by a relevant, face-valid process delivered by a credible Consultant. The outcome needs to be an accurate, fair assessment that pulls no punches, and provides meaningful data on which to act. Our senior assessment processes are always tailored to the specific situation and build an in-depth profile of the person. We use 360° feedback where there is a strong development theme, and have a noted competence in building sophisticated business simulations which tend to be used as part of larger assessment programmes, often for global organisations.

We are retained in three principal situations; to inform recruitment decisions, to provide support for an individual's development, and to help the organisation benchmark its talent. Our reports are typically competency based and we aim to make them straightforward, simple to read and clear in their recommendations. Feedback to the individual and the organisation is the most important part of the process - we explain the findings and discuss what they mean.
