Career DirectionWithin our Career Practice we work with organisations that understand the importance of ensuring the continued engagement and career satisfaction of their high achievers and valued contributors. When issues arise in terms of performance or motivation, or emerge during development discussions, these organisations have turned to Wickland Westcott to provide a confidential support service. The career coaching relationship enables the person to take stock, identify their skills and competencies, revisit their career aspiration, and identify where and how these can best be met in the future. Participants can then identify a new role within the organisation, shape or expand their current role, or indeed they may recognise that their future lies elsewhere. This proactive approach to career management by both employer and employee allows for healthy dialogue, informed career decisions and mutually beneficial outcomes.
